- Repurpose our old shiny apps to leverage crypto themes for increased DAO visibility
- Resume development on the learning data science course to help us qualify for future funding through Gitcoin rounds
- Hire a Community Manager to post, interact, and engage with the Discord, Telegram and forum
- Hire a Prediction Market Researcher who can help research predictions markets we can participate in, dive deep into the intricacies of Polymarkets and keep us abreast with new profit strategies
- Turn our Omniacs.DAO repos into case studies for improved DAO visibility
- Release our Fields, Functions and Flares NFT collection as a source of revenue and as an exercise in web development
- Conduct research into delegate activity scoring for Arbitrum and Optimism to support our thought leadership initiative
- Conduct research into automated wallet tagging and segmentation modelling to support the DAO’s understanding of the types of users on the various blockchains
- Write a visualization wrapper over TrueBlocks’s data lake to contribute to their platform as a way to give back for their support of our DAO
- Write a script that takes the contract addresses of a set of NFT collections and generates a network graph of who the owners are and their relationships for increased DAO visibility
- Refine our previous research into Arbitrum governance forum contribution scoring as a way to further embed ourselves into the Arbitrum eco-system and position us to participate in up and coming Gitcoin rounds
- Refine our AI Grant Matching prototype for increased DAO visibility
- Further integrate Discord bot development to improve the quality of the DAO experience
- Create a Polymarket daily movement tracker to better monitor the DAO’s Polymarket positions
- Create a “Rock, Paper, Scissors” Bot for fun
- Create a Omniacs.DAO contributor infographic to help assist with new member onboarding
- Hire a Grant Procurer who can find, write, and get grants that contribute monetarily to our treasury
- Hire a Data Science Intern to find hackathons and grant work then complete said hackathons and grant work on behalf of the DAO to increase our Web3 visibility
- Hire an Open Source AI Research Intern who will increase the DAOs machine learning capabilities
- Deploy our merchandise store for members can support the DAO through purchases and promoting our brand
